A workflow is a chain of one or more automated credit(s), or steps. We don't count each steps, but the workflow as a whole. There's no limit on the number of steps.
You can create, save and re-use unlimited workflow's configurations we call Jobs.
Each result returned by a worfklow step counts for one credit.
If you have a workflow with 2 steps, let's say one step is a search with 10 results and another step visits the 10 profiles: this will account for 20 credits and you will have 10 final results.
1000 credits is roughly equivalent to 20min on some other platforms like Phantombuster or TexAu.
Since Q4/23, Captain Data customers can use specific 3rd-parties integrations witout having to buy licences from such partners, e.g. to find emails: Datagma, Dropcontact, SocieteInfo, etc.
Using this feature, some automations will consume more credits than usual, for example it'll cost you 2 credits to find an email with Datagma instead of 1 if you use our own API key.
This offers a more seamless experience and helps you control your costs!
It's especially useful using our Email Waterfall automation for example.
A user can be the owner of the project, a member of your team or an external client.
The roles you attribute to each one is at your discretion.
Our pricing plans give you a fixed number of users but you have the possibility to add more thanks to add-ons.
If you're an agency, we recommend mentioning this to your point of contact as we can create packages with more users and an automation expert to help you setup your workspace!
Some automations are ruled by limits, that's the case for example with LinkedIn or Sales Navigator.
Each user licence you add let's you synchronize an account, which increases your capacity to automate data.
Since Q2/23, Captain Data customers can use our account rotation feature: we bundle the first account available on your workspace, this way you're always using your maximum automation capabilities!
Email enrichment enables you to search for emails.
Each search accounts for one credit, and you won't always find an email - it's not 100% accurate, no email finder is 🙂
If you need more emails, you can always choose another email finder like Dropcontact, and many more and even combine them in waterfalls.

This feature enables you to setup integration's accounts with external users.
Let's say you're an agency, dealing with multiple clients: you clearly don't want to manage credentials or complex processes to automate lead generation or data enrichment for them.
With account sharing, someone outside your Captain Data's workspace will be able to synchronize any type of account, whether it is LinkedIn or Hubspot CRM.
